Capitati per caso, è stata una esperienza informale, molto sbarazzina. Il locale è essenziale, quasi spartano, non ha nemmeno una insegna esterna. Però è frequentato e consigliato dalla gente del posto. La cucina e il servizio sono gestiti in famiglia con cortesia e disponibilità. Il menù è molto contenuto. Più o meno comprende tre primi e tre-quattro secondi al giorno, però con aggiornamenti quotidiani. Abbiamo mangiato un ottimo antipasto con affettati vari, formaggio, sottoli e bruschette in bianco e al pomodoro. Molto buono e abbondante. Come primi abbiamo scelto "Mezze maniche alla crema di patate e 'Nduja" e "Pappardelle al ragù bianco". Certo, non è un ristorante stellato, ma non erano male e, per chi ama l'abbondanza, erano di quantità spropositata. Impossibile mangiare il secondo. Abbiamo invece concluso con un assaggino di ottime crostate. Abbiamo molto apprezzato il vino a prezzi irrisori. Due bottiglie, una di Traminer e una di un rosso veneto di cui non ricordo il nome a 8, dico otto euro la bottiglia. Il servizio (promiscuo) l’ho trovato pulito, però un po’ arrangiato e non accessibile a disabili in carrozzina.

A simple and uncomplicated but nice little place to have coffee and cakes, even lunch before/after visiting Hadrian’s Villa - the staff are very kind and helpful. You will probably also see everyone who matters in Tivoli

Sono capitato in questo locale per caso e mi sono sentito subito a mio agio nell'atmosfera, soprattutto perché, da collega ristoratore, ho apprezzato molto vedere una conduzione famigliare che si basa sulla complicità e sull'importanza data al lavoro che svolgono. Competenze culinarie, qualità dei semplici prodotti che usano, cordialità e ordine dell'ambiente sono fondamentali, e questo ristorante le ha tutte! Niente da dire, continuate così!

Had 2 fantastic salads and a bottle of water for 18 euro. Very nice little place, great food and friendly efficient staff. Very highly recommended. The best priced meal we have had in Italy in 2 weeks with no compromise on quality, the food was excellent

Siamo capitati in questo locale dopo una passeggiata a Villa Adriana, che si trova a pochissimi metri. Ambiente pulitissimo, cibo ottimo, ma ciò che ci ha soprattutto sorpreso è stata la cordialità e dedizione dei proprietari, che sono riusciti a farci sentire la passione dietro al duro lavoro di ogni giorno. Complimenti ad Alessandra e ai suoi genitori per il lavoro eccellente che svolgono! Torneremo volentieri!

The staff was very kind and respectful. They were patient with our small knowledge of a Italian and explained many things. We had a huge lunch meal with appetizers, pasta, meat and salad. The fresh fruit for dessert was delicious and sweet. The bar area has many nice things for sale and a huge selection of after meal drinks.
